Do you have feedback about your experience?

We want to hear from you! We use your feedback to improve the way we deliver care, as well as to recognize providers and staff. It is the goal of Rochester Regional Health to provide high-quality care with compassion. We appreciate any compliments or complaints about the care that you or a loved one received with us. Through our Speak Up and We Care programs, we encourage patients to take active roles in their care and speak up whenever they have a concern, safety issue or suggestion for improving our services.

To voice a compliment or concern, please call the "Speak Up We Care Patient Hotline" at (585) 922-5465 and select Option 3 Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm. During after-hours, please press Option 0.

You have the right to express complaints about your care and services, and to have Rochester Regional Health investigate such complaints. If you are not satisfied with Rochester Regional Health's response to your concerns, you may contact:
